kelly - Possibly derived either from Gaelic ceallach meaning "war, strife" or from a Gaelic word meaning "bright-headed".
maeve - From the Gaelic name Medb meaning "intoxicating". In Irish legend this was the name of a warrior queen of Connacht who organized the death of the hero CĂșchulainn.
miranda - Derived from Latin mirandus meaning "admirable, wonderful". The name was created by Shakespeare for the heroine in his play 'The Tempest' (1611). It did not become a common English given name until the 20th century. This is also the name of one of the moons of Uranus.

under the board Characters Unlimited you can start a new thread with the name of your character as the subject/header, and the body is the description, or anything you wish to impart to us about the character...
